Hej! Nu är det snart dags för uppstartscamp/summercamp på Zinkensdamm.
Eftersom Midnattsloppet pågår i helgen så kommer hela Zinkensdamms IP att vara avstängd för allmänheten och det är på nåder som vi kan bedriva vår campverksamhet där. Grävmaskiner och hjullastare kommer att åka fram och tillbaka med material till tävlingen som ska förvaras inne på idrottsplatsen och det är därför strängt förbjudet för barn att själva vandra runt på området.
Vi kommer att försöka hålla oss så mycket som möjligt i omklädningsrum och ishall, off-ice träningen kommer att ske utanför Zinkens område.
När man går mellan aktiviteter så måste en ledare vara närvarande, annars finns risk att vi blir utskickade från området. Prata gärna med era barn om detta och förklara hur viktigt det är att man följer dessa regler under hela helgen.
När grupperna samlas varje morgon så är det samling utanför grinden vid "Zinkens Väg". Därefter går grupperna i samlad trupp till omklädningsrummen för ombyte, det samma gäller för hemgång. Det är därför extra viktigt att man är på plats i utsatt tid.
Vi har också märkt att det blivit lite otydligt i vilka tider och grupper som gäller så här kommer ett förtydligande:
Grupp 1 = Team 15/14 - Samling kl 08.30
Grupp 2 = Team 11/12/13 - Samling 09.30
Grupp 3 = Flick/Damjunior - Samling 09.15
Glöm inte vattenflaska då drycken till maten kommer att serveras i dessa!

Hello! Now its almost time for start-up camp/summer camp at Zinkensdamm.
Since the Midnattsloppet (a running competition) is taking place this weekend, the entire Zinkensdamm IP will be closed off for the public and it is by grace that we can conduct our camp activities there. Wheel loaders will be going back and forth with material for the competition to the sports ground and it is therefore strictly forbidden for children (or anyone) to wander around the area by themselves.
We will try to stay as much as possible in the dressing rooms and ice rink, and the off-ice training will therefore take place outside the Zinkensdamms area.
When you go between activities, a leader must be present, otherwise there is a risk that the camp will be closed down. Please inform your children and explain how important it is that everyone follow these rules throughout the weekend.
When the groups gather every morning, they do so outside the gate at "Zinkens Väg". After that, the groups go to the changing rooms together as a team to change, and the same goes for going home. It is therefore particularly important that you are there at the appointed time.
We have also noticed that it has become a little unclear which times and groups apply, so here comes a clarification:
Group 1 = Team 14/15 - Gathering at 08.30
Group 2 = Team 11/12/13 - Gathering 09.30
Group 3 = Girls/Womens Junior - Gathering 09.15
Dont forget a water bottle as the drink with the food will be served in these!
